These terms explain how buying domains, hosting and other web services through Cool Monkey Studios works. Please read them alongside the provider terms you accept at checkout.
Cool Monkey Studios Ltd (company number 15481762) is an authorised reseller of web services provided by GoDaddy. The products themselves, including domains, hosting, website builders, security and email, are supplied and operated by GoDaddy and its affiliates.
When you choose a product on our website, you are taken to our storefront, which is operated by GoDaddy. You create your account, enter your details and pay on that storefront. Payments are processed by GoDaddy, and we never see or store your full card details.
When you buy, you will be asked to accept GoDaddy’s Universal Terms of Service and any product-specific agreements. Those agreements govern how each service works, including acceptable use, renewals, cancellations and refunds. If anything in these Reseller Terms conflicts with those agreements on how a service is provided, the provider’s agreements take priority.
Prices are shown on the storefront at the time you buy. Many products renew automatically at the end of their term unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account. Refunds and cancellations follow the refund policy shown on the storefront. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can manage your products at any time through the Customer Area on our website. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and your contact details up to date, especially for domains, where accurate contact information is required.
Our services are designed to be self-service. If you get stuck, email [email protected] and we will help where we can with basic questions. Technical support for the services themselves may also be available from the provider through your account.
Because the services are supplied and operated by GoDaddy, we are not responsible for their availability or performance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
